Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within the same day of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched for shipment.

Since we deal with pharmaceutical products, once export documentation and shipping procedures have been initiated, cancellations cannot be accepted.


Non-Cancellable Products

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept cancellation or return requests once medicines have been shipped. This ensures product safety, quality integrity, and regulatory compliance.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify our Customer Support Team within the same day of receiving the shipment.

All claims must include:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Batch details

  • Shipping packaging images

After verification and internal review, an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund, if applicable) will be provided.


Product Concerns

If the product received does not match the confirmed order details, you must inform our team within the same day of receipt. Our team will review the concern and respond with an appropriate solution.


Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable), customers are advised to directly contact the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Mediorapharmaceuticalexports, it will be processed within 6–10 business days through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
